Prior to your procedure under local anesthesia (freezing) only:

Payment Information

It is our goal to provide outstanding service to you throughout your surgical experience. In an effort to focus on patient care, all payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We will work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures in a timely manner by assisting you in completing the necessary paperwork.

Typically patients are reimbursed from their insurance company within a few days and well before their credit card payments are due. Our payment policy allows us to keep our fees as low as possible for our patients. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly.
